Hi bloggers!!! This time I go to talk about my future like a midwife. Well I start saying that I love my career and I love more the Neonatology area and I will like to specialize in this field, so now I have a plan for myself and I want to keep this aim.

Mmm... If I stay in Chile, I would like to be able to work in J.J Aguirre Hospital or in Militar Hospital because in my opinion are the most complete services of health in Santiago. I do not have my ideal schedule for now, I think that if I love my career any schedule is fine, but I have a clear well thing... I would like to be the manager of the Neonatalogy´s department.

I must say that before I liked the public system, but I realized that in this system is very complicated implement new ideas, due to the few resources that are destined to the health´s area.

But I have another plan if the first one does not work or if I have the opportunity to do it, and it is of travelling for Latinoamérica for a ONG learning about the different cultures and their ways of attending a childbirth and of taking care of the newborn children.

If I keep this future plan like midwife, I will able to say that I AM THE BEST MIDWIFE.
